The Education Fund of Family Planning Advocates of New York State (a 501 (c)(3) organization) conducts research, carries out policy analysis and provides a host of education, training and outreach programs related to sexual and reproductive health services and education.

Current projects include the Diverse Communities Health Initiative , Concerned Clergy for Choice, and efforts to bring comprehensive, medically accurate, age-appropriate sex education to all New York youth.  These programs engage key constituencies, including pro-choice clergy, in protecting and advancing access to a full range of reproductive health care services, including abortion care, through targeted advocacy and education work at the state and national levels. The staff of the Education Fund produce fact sheets, newsletters, articles, guides and reports related to each project’s area of focus. They conduct informational workshops and training sessions, serve as speakers and panelists for regional, state and national conferences, and provide information and technical assistance, as needed.
